Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 head Cauliflower, cut into florets
- 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam or boil cauliflower until tender. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
