Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 head Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam or boil cauliflower until tender. Drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
