Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Beef Broth
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season beef cubes with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and sear on all sides until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
- Add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in beef broth and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Return beef to the skillet. Add red pepper flakes, if using.
- Cook until beef is heated through and sauce has thickened slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a more tender result, marinate the beef for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
- Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
