Description

Quick and easy high-protein beef bites cooked in a flavorful garlic butter sauce. Enjoy this simple skillet recipe for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season beef cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add beef and sear on all sides until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in beef broth and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  6. Return beef to the skillet. Add red pepper flakes, if using.
  7. Cook until beef is heated through and sauce has thickened slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a more tender result, marinate the beef for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
  • Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
