Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 can beans (15 oz), drained
- 4 cups broth (beef or vegetable)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef. Cook until browned.
- Pour in broth and bring to a boil.
- Add beans and spinach. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
