Description
A healthy and easy pasta dish with ground beef and fresh veggies in a rich marinara sauce.
Ingredients
- 250g ground beef
- 200g pasta (your choice)
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add zucchini and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and basil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce. Serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
- Add more veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
