Description
A simple and healthy pasta meal prep with ground beef and spinach.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups spinach
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Combine cooked pasta with the beef and spinach mixture.
- Divide into meal prep containers and store.

- Use whole wheat pasta for extra fiber.
