A flavorful and comforting Garlic Parmesan Meatloaf perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, eggs, milk, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a moister meatloaf, add 1/4 cup of beef broth to the mixture.
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for ground beef.
- Serve with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes and green beans.
