Description

A flavorful and comforting Garlic Parmesan Meatloaf perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, eggs, milk, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a moister meatloaf, add 1/4 cup of beef broth to the mixture.
  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for ground beef.
  • Serve with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes and green beans.
