Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
