Description

Delicious and easy Garlic Butter Seafood Pasta with shrimp and crab. A perfect family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces crab meat, fresh or canned
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. If using, add white wine and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in crab meat, parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of garlic and red pepper flakes to your preference.
  • You can use other types of seafood, such as scallops or mussels.
