Description
Delicious and easy Garlic Butter Seafood Pasta with shrimp and crab. A perfect family dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces crab meat, fresh or canned
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
- If using, add white wine and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in crab meat, parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of garlic and red pepper flakes to your preference.
- You can use other types of seafood, such as scallops or mussels.
- For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of white wine.
