  • 2 Lobster Tails (6-8 ounces each)
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, unsalted
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, fresh
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, fresh, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare stovetop.
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut lobster shells lengthwise down the center.
