Ingredients
- 2 Lobster Tails (6-8 ounces each)
- 4 tablespoons Butter, unsalted
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, fresh
- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Parsley, fresh, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare stovetop.
- Using kitchen shears, cut lobster shells lengthwise down the center.
- In a small bowl, melt butter. Stir in garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush garlic butter mixture generously over lobster tail meat.
- Oven Method: Place lobster tails on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Stovetop Method: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place lobster tails meat-side down in the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until lobster is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
