Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 12 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, salsa
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a skillet, brown the ground meat over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, forming a cup shape.
- Spoon the taco meat mixture evenly into each wonton cup.
- Top each cup with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
- Let the taco cups cool slightly in the muffin tin before removing.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
