Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces goat cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup dry vermouth
- 2 tablespoons olive brine
- 1 tablespoon chopped green olives
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Optional garnishes: chopped chives, extra olives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and goat cheese. Beat until smooth.
- Stir in the dry vermouth, olive brine, chopped green olives, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
