Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced

- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, cucumber, and red onion.
- Add the fresh dill, mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
