Description

A quick and easy one-pan chicken dish with a rich garlic parmesan sauce. Perfect for a weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  5. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
  7. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.
  9. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  10. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
