Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken thighs for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Return chicken thighs to the skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Serve hot.
