Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup long-grain rice, uncooked
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, onion, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
