Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add mushrooms and garlic to the skillet. Cook until mushrooms are softened.
