Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 10 flour tortillas (6-inch)
  • Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, green onions, avocado


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, taco seasoning, green chilies, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom of the dish.
  6. Wrap the remaining chicken mixture into the flour tortillas like burritos.
  7. Place the filled tortillas seam-side down in the baking dish.
  8. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
  11. Garnish with desired toppings.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Adjust taco seasoning to your preferred spice level.
