Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 ounces fresh spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook until cheese is melted and sauce slightly thickens.
- Add fresh spinach to the skillet. Stir until spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
