Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in pasta and broccoli florets.
- Cover and cook according to pasta package directions, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and broccoli is tender.
- Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy and heated through.
- Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve immediately.

- For a lighter sauce, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
