Description

Cream Cheese Chicken Pasta Bake is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. This creamy and comforting casserole is perfect for family dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta, such as penne or rotini
  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
