Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta, such as penne or rotini
- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
