Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture over chicken.
  5. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine crushed crackers and melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle cracker mixture over the cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and casserole is bubbly.
  9. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
