Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed buttery crackers
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place chicken breasts in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed crackers and melted butter.
- Sprinkle cracker mixture over the cheese.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and casserole is bubbly.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
