Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast, cubed
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Hot honey
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 1 cup Broccoli florets, steamed
- 1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together hot honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Pour hot honey mixture over chicken and cook for 5 minutes, or until sauce has thickened slightly.
- Divide rice between bowls.
- Top with chicken, broccoli, and green onions.
- Serve immediately.
