Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Hot honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1/2 cup Green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together hot honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Pour hot honey mixture over chicken and cook for 5 minutes, or until sauce has thickened slightly.
  5. Divide rice between bowls.
  6. Top with chicken, broccoli, and green onions.
  7. Serve immediately.
