Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced or torn
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté tomatoes: In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cherry tomatoes and garlic. Cook for 5–6 minutes, until tomatoes start to blister and garlic is fragrant.
