Ingredients
- 1 block (7 oz / 200g) feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2–3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (or fresh herbs like basil/parsley)
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

Instructions
