Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
