Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Serve with rice, pasta, or a side salad.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- You can use fresh spinach instead of frozen.
