These Baked Cranberry Brie Bites are a simple and festive holiday appetizer. Made with just five ingredients, they are quick to prepare and always a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 ounces brie cheese, rind removed and cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Optional: fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unfold the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 12 equal squares.
- Press each puff pastry square into the cups of a mini muffin tin.
- Place a cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup.
- Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over the brie in each cup.
- Brush the edges of the puff pastry with the beaten egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed, and the brie is melted.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
