Ingredients
- 8 oz bow tie or penne pasta

- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
- Sauté Mushrooms: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms over medium heat until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add Asparagus: Add chopped asparagus and cook for another 4 minutes until tender-crisp.
