Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Fill each pocket with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
