Delicious pecan pie bars that are quick and easy to make in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, softened butter, granulated sugar, and salt until crumbly.
- Press mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Stir in pecans and pour over crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes until set.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For a crispier crust, bake for an extra 5 minutes.
